If I wanted to watch spec racing I would watch GP2, or horse racing. F1 without development is nothing I want.

If this is the case and it is allowed to go ahead, what is the point of F1? :? I may just give up after this season and go and watch the BTCC!

Will this apply to Ferrari, as MM states Ferrari are more important than the other teams.
What the h*ll Max, make all the teams have a Prancing Pny engine, so that your bosses can have a winner every yea, & then you can truly say your are impartial.

Max you are a complete and utter corrupt muppet!!!

Might as well go back to using carburators and push-rod engines like NASCAR...

Does this mean if you have a slow motor now then you are stuck with it?. This is a terrible idea and the end the road for any team thats not already competitive.

I have watched the dumbing down of all racing for the last few years with disgust. I may finally be done paying any attention to F1 in particular and racing in general. And to think that I thought that Jean-Marie Balestre was a horrible FIA pres and that Max would fix it all. Stupid me.

This is the most stupid idea mad Max has ever had, and he has had plenty. I suppose his motivation is that Ferrari won this year and a 10 year engine freeze would save him the trouble of trying to find ways to stop McLaren winning the title. Pathetic; for goodness sake get rid of this total idiot before he completely ruins F1. :?

Somebody tell me I've been in a five month coma and tomorrow is April fools?
So the pinnacle of motorsport means outdated engines, being forced to use the wrong tires for part of the race and in the end have court case to decide the title...
I'm going back to watching snooker. Much more exciting.
