Wow McLaren is playing this one very well, it seems like their looking to have the last laugh. FA will not sign with Renault if their implicated in spying and reports earlier this year suggested that Flavio signed a document that he possesed info on the MP4-22. FA will now have no choice but to go to RBR and that car can't finish races. Also if McLaren get their way with the Brazilian GP appeal LH could be crowned WC by technicality. So the possible end result could be, Renault are docked points next year, Alonso has to join a ****** team, and LH receives the title through an appeal. I don't agree with what their possibly doing, but their punishment and 100m fine this year was ridiculous...

The funny thing about is, I bet the FIA clear Renault of the charges but if they do fine the Regie it'll probably be something like $10 US dollars and they won't be allowed to re-sign Fisichella, because their going to need all the money and garage space they have to re-sign Alonso. Or better yet Max Mosley is going to make a statement saying "I would like to actually correct my previous comments on who is the most important team in F1, after taking a dump in neo fachist designed cave I came to the realization that Renault is actually the most important in F1 and since Flavio looks better than Jean Todt and Jackie Stewart combined, the Renault team have been cleared of all charges" LOL
