Is this bloke completely demented? No way was 2007 good for F1. It has put so many people off cos of the FIA pissing about and also when Moseley announced that he favoured Ferrari over all the other teams

He is right. A championship which is open until the last few laps is what we all want. It will probably be a long time before we get a climax to the season as gripping and unpredictable as the last three races of 2007.

The spygate saga was a side show compared to the racing but it was well handled. Apparently all the teams are now putting systems in place to stop improper use of other teams'' data. This had to happen sooner or later.

The emergence of a new mega talent in Lewis Hamilton added to the interest. I can''t wait for Melbourne to see if he can maintain the same level of performance. And Kimi should be awsome after his win.

Let''s hope we can have as much drama again in 2008.

Yeah, what Rob said.

There was some good racing and new talent has come through
but all the other stuff that went on spoiled it.

I don't think the FIA or those muppets in charge of F1 handled
it well at all, they just made things worse and I don't think
BE or MM are good for F1.

I think F1 is stronger than people think however for MM to claim it was a good year is about on a par with the rest of his statments....

It was good for him as Ferrari won and he will get a big fat back hander. As for the sport it got people talking about it for the wrong reasons. If you listen to a lot of people who don't really follow f1 they would tell you that they thought F1 was corrupt during the shumie years and this just made it all the worst for them. It got F1 fans and the press talking but it could have got so many more supporters if it had been left to the on track action. This year he should be thanking Hamilton, Kimi, Alonso and Rosberg as Ferrari, Mclaren, renault and the FIA just made it a farce.

Yes Rob. I agree.
One day, very soon I hope, this total **** at the head of the FIA will have to retire and as long as we get a replacement from the same mould as Paul Stoddard, things WILL change for the better. If this doesn't materialise soon, god knows the extra damage the old fart will cause.
He talks about Ron not being in love with F1, only in love with winning......AND???
Sounds good to me. Winning is such a drug and nobody gets hurt, except their pride if they lose. Max just creates wars which he has to win at all costs and whoever is in the path of his weapons is gonna get it!!!! HIS DAY WILL COME.

I have followed Formula 1 for many years, and this season was a complete disaster. No more Grand Prix in America because of greed. Correct me if I am wrong, but America is the prime market for almost all of the manufacturers... But hey, Bernie doe not get rich of car sales, he gets rich of of race fees. Alonso went from my favorite driver to my least favorite. Don't even get me started on Ferarri and McClaren. And then there is Max, is he on crack or what? (Figuratively speaking)I found myself rooting for the back markers this season.

If Mr Mosley thinks that 2007 has been a good year for formula one, my god is he mistaken or what...?
He has presided over the worst case of biased governership in the history of the sport. Irrespective on your point of view into the off track situation, he & the FIA have demonstrated a complete lack of judgement, punishing one team for "spying", as if that never went on before, & then refusing to punish another team for doing exactly the same thing.
His coments about RD only out for the best Maclaren & not F1, probably true, but RD is running a team & has to do the best he can for the team, sponsors, etc.., but that is obviously beyond you Max.
Go now for the good of the sport & the fans

I think this season was good for a number of reasons but bad for a number of reasons, not least McLaren lying and cheating. They really brought the sport to its knees with their behavior. And to keep it up all year in the hope they could lie themselves out of their self built corner was just horrendous sportsmanship.

Apart from being arrogant and biased, is he now trying to convince us that he is senile as well????
