He''s 77 surley he can''t think straight. We haven''t even had a night race yet. This is getting ridiculous. He is still bullying and putting undue pressure on the southern hemesphere races for his precious European audiences without even having a night race and seeing if it''s actually viable. Stubborn old git will wreck the sport with his unrealistic vision of gearing it all for Europe. The world is bigger than Europe Bernie, Bernie can you hear us down here.

Bernie should just rename F1 to Euro1 or something... :rolleyes

If he keeps on doing this, soon no other country outside of Europe would want to host a race.

If he wants to keep the european fans happy then bring the races back to the classic european circuits we all know and love, rather than these faceless boring new far eastern tracks.

@ DazUK,

On thing you have to remember, all these far east tracks are quite new, it doesn't have much history into them, it need times, a lot of time, before a track becomes "classic". All the European tracks you're talking about are much older tracks, most of them aren't that "classic" when they were once new.

Just wondering how Bernie squares the cutting back on qualifying to avoid fuel wastage, cutting back on the number of personnel traveling and the lack of a spare car again to save cost and energy with his insistence on having races under lights so wasting more energy than running them in the daytime when everyone can see where they're going without problem. Sounds like a case of wallet ruling brain
