Come on Max where's your fight then? Too busy demoting F1 teams down the pit lane and handing out $100 million fines are we? Going to bring the weight of the FIA onto those BMW, Merc and Honda teams then?

I always had the inkling the FIA was maybe corrupt, Max's presidency really doesn't make things look and more legitimate does it?

Bring it on then ya old fart!!!

F1 » STOP PRESS: Mosley loses first court battle

No reason why News of the World should not re-instate video of FIA President's sex scandal on its website, High Court rules.

The story on BBC presents this much more positively for Max - Judge reported to have said:

"...there is no legitimate public interest in its further publication ...."

I guess this begs the question - was there public interest in the initial publication and story?

Max must be thinking he can win damages with this now.

Not necessarily Simon,

on ITV-F1 site they also put comments from the News Of The World stating:

"As the judge acknowledged, he was able to see only 'very brief extracts' – less than two minutes – of the very much longer video.

"Had he seen it in its entirety, we are confident that he could not fail to recognise the Nazi connotation which Mr Mosley so strenuously denies."

Andy,

the NOTW would say that , wouldn't they!

I hope I'm wrong, but the judge's statement looks promising for Max.
