hardly surprising that ferrari would not sign a joint team statement against Max Mosley when he makes the f1 rules to the benefit of ferrari and the Fiat mafia.

I'm not surprised that Ferrari and Toro Rosso refused to sign the joint letter, but I am surprised at Williams - from the report I read Williams refused to sign because of a seperate earlier dispute with Ecclestone, who stormed out of the meeting. He had promised that Mosley would go if all ten F1 Teams signed a joint statement - seven did, but sadly three don't have the best interests of F1 at heart.

If I was Mosley I would consider 7 out of 10 a pretty damning idictment of my behaviour, however he is still in denial.

Mosleys latest stunt is to place the prostitue who spoke out under 24 hour surveillance by a team of detectives led by Lord Stevens the ex Met Police Chief!

You can call Nelson Piquet whatever you want but he sure is not hypocritical as most now-a-days...
Wish they were more of him in F1 and around the World... :)

FrankG I couldn't agree with you more. I wish everyone was so straight talking, call a spade a spade that's what I say. I can't abide this hypocritical double speak that some drivers and officials spew out as soon as microphone is thrust under their nose.

They both have something in common. They won't be in F1 next year. What a crappy ride today for Nelson..crappy year also.. He is terrible. He should keep his mind on racing instead of joining Mosley in a pile.
