People paying him all this money, and yet according to the most prolific posters on this site he is a sh ite driver. How can this be?

A cogent argument well put. I'd go further and say his income maybe >1000 times average, but his didsposable income - ie the money he has choice over what to spend money on, once his eaten, paid for travel, housing cost - is many times higher still.

Same with anyone on ridiculously high earnings.

Well said Cubik. Lewis is far from the first high earner in the UK to move to a tax heaven. They are ALL at it. And you would too Ralf if you were making that kind of money...

@Ben, I don't doubt what MS does for charity. But I think you will find a lot of rich and famous do the same, it's just not well publicized. Probably for good reasons.
