Amazing. Maybe Max promised those that voted for him a piece of the $100mm he got from McLaren. How else could he have gotten away with this?

Party at Max Mosleys London dungeon tonight for all supporting members. Max will be providing the entertainment, he knows of a place where he can get discount for repeat customers.

I thought he would win. Those 100 and odd people have not got the brains to stand up to him. All hail the 55 who voted against! lol

Now Mosley will do exactly what Bernie said, stay on when his term comes to an "end". I think he'll be there dragging the FIA down until he dies.

Funny this happens just as racing in the US rebounds from the Indy split. You would think they would be smart enough to do some damage control before F1 looses its relevance.

If the German, Japanese and U.S. breakaway from the FIA they should be able to attract the Dutch too. Given the great tracks in these countries a new series would seriously harm F1. Let F1 keep Monaco, Spain, Belgum, Britain, and numerous third world countries. Aside from two or three races, I know which series I would be watching.

There seem to be many trolls here, actually it reminds me of reading youtube comments on videos about military equipment.

What i dont get is why his sex life should influence wether or not he should be the president of the FIA. What if he was gay? Would that be grounds for him to be fired?

Personally I dont like Mosleys ideas on how to forward the sport, but I dont see why his sex life should affect his precidency. That would be very unprofessional

wim....what are you on mate?

"What i dont get is why his sex life should influence wether or not he should be the president of the FIA. What if he was gay? Would that be grounds for him to be fired?"

No, being gay is not grounds for anyone to be fired but y'know if he maybe had a nazi themed orgy with 5 hookers in a basement...now that may be grounds for an uproar and if he was to do something like that then maybe he should be fired.....

...oh wait! thats exactly what he did! unfortunatly the FIA's voting system is similar to the british governments and doesn't take into consideration the size of the constituent members. so don't worry, it matters not in the end!

AFAIK it has not been proved that there was any nazi related theme to that orgy. I do believe in innocent until proven guilty, but i understand that the lynching mob have a different view on that concept
