Could someone explain how one man in the Middle East is worth 41 times as many votes as the Japanese, German, British or American federation.. (or any other *major* federation)

As the saying goes, success has many parents, failure is an orphan. Mosley was also supported by the Africans, almost the whole of Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and a large part of Asia. That''s democracy in a world-wide organisation.

To make the difference, the Arabs would have needed 25 votes (103 minus 55 divided by two equals 24 and one extra to give a majority). Which are the 25 countries which this gentleman "controls"?
