BE is as honest as Mugabe.Nothing he says can be believed its a facade.he is so full of ****. The sooner they get rid of the dwarf the better.People who hold you to ransome, are simply sharks and you do not respond. The only contract he should get is to be released from this planet. lets get F1 back to the fans at a decent price without lining BE's pockets. Breakaway series should be considered.

F1 » Ecclestone: Donington F1 move 'not a bluff'

As doubts rise over just how Donington Park will be ready in time to welcome F1 in 2010 - when it is due to take over from Silverstone as the home of the British Grand Prix - the sport's ringmaster Bernie Ecclestone asserts that the news is 100 per cent genuine.

Quote "The sport''s commercial rights-holder [Bernie Ecclestone] added that he was pleased to have saved the British Grand Prix – one of the true mainstays of the F1 schedule"

Is this the same Bernie who a few weeks ago was saying that the British GP was not important and didn''t care whether it stayed on the calendar or not ...... or maybe I just wasn''t listening properly

Of course the Grand Prix will be at Donington in 2010 do people really think that Donington management will just stick their head in the sand and wait for it to happen, no, construction is well on its way with a tunnel to bring in all the construction materials, and all the plans approved it seems to me BRDC (Silverstone) just got smug and laurel resting and needs some forward thinking people with a bit more get up and go. There will be a great 2009 F1 at Silverstone but it will be tpically british to little to late and closing the door after the horse has bolted.
