"Overtaking to be banned next season because its too dangerous"

BLOODY DISGUSTING! terrible decision by the stewards, what advantage did he gain for goodness sake? i hope mclaren appeal and win for the sake of F1! i just knew that this would happen, it deters the drivers from trying. you never would have had senna penalised for such things.

has completely ruined one of the most entertaining races of the year.

This was just a racing incident - for once it got interesting and someone wets their pants and can't stand it. What was he supposed to do - run into Kimi?

What a disgrace, only because it''s McLaren.. If it was Ferrari it would be money instead of points at the end of the day... Shame on all of them there, they are messing up the sport and letting everybody see that they don''t like Lewis or McLaren.. It was a good move and Lewis should be proud because he is better than all of them!!!!

I don''t understand how they can justify this after the lack of a time penalty or stop and go for the Ferrari "Unsafe release". Hamilton Played by the "rules", he let Raikkonen back past. This just proves the rot truly has set in. RIP fair competition...

F1 Stinks

This was a fair race with both drivers giving as good as they got

This now proves that this championship is a Ferrari Bias in this years WDC. Ferrari don't even need to turn up at the next rounds as Mclaren even if they win will be disqualified for breaching some obscure rule.

I would like to see Mclaren appeal but I can't see that happening as they would probably end up with another $100.000000 fine

dan, glock was penalised for overtaking webber under yellows in the final sector (after kimmi's crash).

As for this story, i aint a LH fan, and i actually wanted kimmi to do well this weekend but this ruling is absolute chicken ****, completely incorrect. Lewis clearly allowed kimmi to retake the place and then had the speed and breaking to pass him at the end of it. it was all legit as far as most people (inc. charlie whiting) were concerned.

Another terrible decision and a sad day for formula one.

FIA - (******** Italian ****lickers) have ruined one of ths best races for the last decade. The move by Lewis was reversed as he let Kimi by and surely as Kimi passed Lewis he must have had more momentum. Anyhow Lewis lost the lead again before Kimi spun twice or have I just been dreaming. I'm so angry at seeing the sport I love being manipulated to get a Ferrari win.
