Yes, but then they'll let him appeal, set a date for his appeal then when he turns up tell him no appeal is allowed and award costs to all the Ferrari people to stop in top class hotels. I love the sport - BUT hate the politics... It ruins it - You want to go to a race - see the winner celebrate etc... NOT find out hours later that the MAN who won didn't... If a drive through penalty is not given in the race (except of course for a last lap incident) then it should be void!!!

The FIA should appoint a panel of ex-racers to judge these things... NOT the useless, uneducated individuals they use..

For the sake of the sport - stop ruining it!!! ALL RULES FOR ALL TEAMS...
