Oh thank god Christmas just came early. I have only three more times to listen to James bloody Allen warble ''GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'' and Louise Goodman ask the inane question of the driver who has just crashed/broken down whether they are disappointed. Sorry for Ted Kravitz as he was good with team info but good riddance to the rest.

I can't believe people are slagging off JA for being pro LH... have you not been watching F1 lately, did you not here some of the crap anti LH reporting going on at the previous GP? I tend to find a lot of the reporting regarding LH biased against him, so even though I think JA is a bit of a ****, I don't mind hearing some one who's offering a pro-opinion instead of the usual anti ones.

So far the team for BBC is looking ok... Unsure about a couple of them as I'm not familiar with them, as for DC... Well I'm really split 50/50 on this one. I've found him to be very anti-English in the past... probably a side effect of jamming his square head into a round helmet. :)

Rejoice and thank the Lord.......NO TOBY MOODY!!!!!! I was so worried he'd get this gig....the Alan Partridge of MotoGP is a secret lemonade drinker, sorry I meant F1 lover.....the bloke knows nowt about bikes and always hankered for an F1 commentating job but fortunately he's been overlooked by the BBC. I do wish him well doing something that takes him away from MotoGP permanently........

I couldnt care less about an english / german / french / spanish commentator favouring their countrymen but when its as biased as that its borderline sickening. The simple fact his, after Hamiltons overtaking manouver (it was no better than any other manouver during the race) and pretty much anything he does i'm sure Brundle had / has to hand over a box of tissues to J.A..there is enthusiasm for your fellow countrymen and then there is J.As love affair with Hamilton. Anyways aint he there to tell the story of the GP from a neutrals point of view??? I know it cant be avoided at times but he always goes overboard and always has done with Hamilton....

Martin Brundle staying with the F1 commentary, great news & at last we won't be forced to endure the 'while you were away' missed action which has made ITV coverage infuriating. Broadcasting to other countries does make biased reporting a little naff but as a Brit why not give our Lewis good coverage. Anyone from a Karting background finds the refreshing attitude of all the 'new kids on the block' great for our sport, even Martin Brundle chips in with favourable karting facts. Hamilton, Rosberg, Kubica, etc have come up through the motorsport ranks & beaten a path for tomorrows hopefuls. F1 on the BEEB again, as Murray would say FAAAAAAAAAANTASTIC.

@Munro Gow. obviously you never watched f1 in the late eighties and nineties then when murray walker was all over nigel mansell and damon hill or when he had to stop commentating because he had a lump in his throat when damon hill won the world championship.
why as he got to tell the story from a neutrals point of view.if you don't like what you hear you can always turn the sound off.
