Like Button - Rosberg is wasting his career with a team that will never win anything again.

Rosberg should be at BMW - a stepping stone to greater things in the future.

F1 » Williams names unchanged F1 line-up for '09

Despite the various rumours doing the rounds as part of F1's annual 'silly season' Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima will continue to race for Williams in 2009.

Nakajima....... Oh dear - BUT at least it keeps the Toyota engines... :p Let''s hope he improves - Pity the ''Hulk'' wasn''t given a go....

Im glad the hulk wasn't given a shot. He seems to be a very petulent young man who needs to first get his attitude sorted. Yes he does have ability but he also makes silly mistakes like at race 2 of f3 euroseries at barcelona where he locked up from a long, long way back on the first corner of the first lap into the back of Sam Bird! Not ready yet.

Rosberg deserves a faster car yea...but Williams are a great team for him to be in, stops him from getting beyond his station before he is ready...just wish Williams could come up with a package for him to be up the front more often...not sure about Nakajima, he is progressing but nowhere near as fast as i would like...obviously Williams are keeping him to benefit from the Toyota engines - politics, you cant keep it out of F1....

Grumpy, you took the words right out of my mouth... figuratively of course. Just because his dad won the WDC with Williams doesn't mean he will. What the hell is Sam Michael doing over there at Williams?

How you people think everything is so static is beyond me! How can you be so sure that you have to be either in a Ferrari or McLaren to win the WC? Remember that before last season it was won twice in a row by Renault! I agree that it will always be difficult to win with customer engines, but there are several manufacturers who may well improve and be right up there. Even Honda were regularly scoring podiums a few years ago!

And as for Williams being "a team that will never win anything again"... They've bounced back before, they can do it again. There are even manufacturers who could well decide to go into the sport, most notably the VAG group who recently started building VW F3 engines...
