I reallt feel sorry for Bourdais, he was completley innocent and this just shows the FIA are a bunch of ****s.

I love F1, you never know what the result is even after the race has finished. You have to wait for the dust to settle in the courts first. Maybe that why Ferrari always win the court casses, as their cars are so bright they can easily be seen through the haze of dubious decission making.

when hamilton wins the title he will be disqualified for picking the trophy up wrong and stripped of the championship, lewis fked up today and you could clearly see that he knew it,fair play he held his hands up..year after year though on tracks with hairpin first corner people have gone screaming past the corner resulting n some big pile ups, hamilton hit no one but got the penalty, veryweird goings on..

From my point of view as a chauvinist french, it's totally Massa's fault !!! :p

I am for this decision as the championship is now closer, although i am a Ferrari fan through and through, but don't forget people Massa has received 2 penalties in 2 race weekends so keep your hair on please? it's not just your golden boy Hamilton (by the way i am a brit to) but i can also see it't not just Hamilton who gets penalised, please open your eyes people

If you watch the video it shows both the guys were at fault so no penalty. Massa was clearly ahead and turned in, but i guess Bourdais didnt see him coming. Bourdais under steered into massa, i don't agree the penalty is fair, but whats done is done. One of the itv commentators not Martin but the other guy made the best comment this year, "if the Fia interferes like this then y bother racing?" agree 100% its a racing incident and no one should have been punished. But we can only speak and remove our frustrations. There should be a system where we can boycott races for such stupid things so wen the clowns running this sport loose money they will realize whats wrong

Every comment here is saying how ridiculous the decision is, and rightly so.

Being a Hamilton fan, I was livid before that Massa just drove into the side of him, but I am now beyond livid. Its a joke. Anyone got the FIA's email address so I can voice my opinion of them? :)

Ryan, getting a penalty for 2 faults is not fair. In regards with this case, here's a comparison: if you see the similar situation with Vettel - Heidfeld after his first stop, you would look into Massa-Bourdais incident and conclude that it's Massa's who should yield. He might have made Bourdais race over, you know. Yet he isn't the one getting the penalty. His incident with Hamilton should have resulted in a stop/go penalty if you're judging by the damage caused. Our eyes are wide opened and we want justice. But again, it's something too much to ask from F1 circus nowadays.
