piquet and naka showing better than expected but the last 5 are the same as ever. lets hope they have some improvement in quali. otherwise honda should close the doors and force india? they are trying to buy improvement by buying mclaren mercs. well i suppose that if they have the money----- but it is a pity they do not try to improve as a team in its own right.

Well Honda and FI have both already stated they've signed off any further development of this year's cars - in FI's case it's a thinly veiled update of last year's Midland. And as for Button - when you're driving a sow's ear, how do you make it into a silk purse?? Although I steel feel he is paying the proce for not having honoured his contract with Williams - Karma.....
Wait for next year's FI car before slagging them off any more. Sadly, for Honda, I suspect, even with Brawn's influence, their 09 car won't bring any shocks.

Re Button
Rubens is fighting for his seat and making Jenson look lacklustre (to say the least).
Jenson seems to be on a contract and just isn't trying. I feel sorry for both of them because the car is rubbish and Honda has ALWAYS come up with the goods in the past.
JB really needs to get his head together and 'go for it' even if that is only Rubens.

There is only 1/10th of a second between Barrichello and Button, has been like that all year with both of them being faster than the other. This is Barrichello's home race and maybe his last so he's probably putting in some extra as well. The car is rubbish, Honda have said they have not been developing this years car and concentrating on the 2009 and the new regulations.
