Heikki is a lovely guy.

Did you see the photos of him with Lewis and Nicole and Lewi's brother?
(He had his arm around Lewis's brother and was genuinely happy).

Really kind hearted guy who could easily have sulked or been down in the dumps.

Championship material or not, he must surely be the nicest guy in F1 today.
I've never seen someone who looses, so positive and well mannered.

andrew, while that is very true, no one can forget that heikki went through the same problems as kimi raikkonen did at mclaren. he was not as good as lewis but he was very unlucky this year. he could have won turkey if it were not for tyre puncture caused by kimi, he would surely have won fuji if his engine had not have failed, he was as good as lewis in australia (his mclaren debut) and had a chance of winning but he got unlucky with the safety car. also, it's well known that finns take their time to settle in f1. if heikki settles in at the same pace as raikkonen, he'll be awesome next year.

Heikki came from Renault to get a better standing on the championship.

Now Heikki won 1 race with McClaren, Fernando did 2.
Fernando even finished ahead of Heikki in the driver's championship.

In contrast to his comment in public, Heikki's year has been not so good.

Heikki, I like you a lot, but you will have to get your finger out of your bottom then, instead of letting vettel push onto the grass on lap one stand your ground and at least if there was a colision that would mean one troublesome competitor out on sunday. But seriously your race pace must match was has been good qualifying pace

If Heikki wants to win at McLaren he'll have to take a leaf out of LH book so a little advice.

Don't show your hand, undermine your team-mate from day one and at every opportunity, manipulate, scheme and stick pins in a effigy's of your competition and you'll be a WDC my son!

But caution is advised, you'll be competing with the master!

Heikki still has a long way to go achieving the title. Even if he did win a race this year he needs to improve.

Heikki, if you want to win the title you had better ask the FIA if you can carry your 2008 points into 2009!
