Sunny, please explain why you think Hamilton is overrated. I read that Schumacher,Stewart,Hill,de Montezemelo,Massa,Raikkonen,Moss,Sheckter and even Ferraris team manager all think Hamilton deserved to win and have all talked of his great talent. Why is it that your views are so very different from these experts who common sense says should know?Perhaps you are an ex-champion in disguise?

Triple F1 World Champion and Scottish racing legend Sir Jackie Stewart believes newly-crowned Lewis Hamilton can dominate the sport in years to come - should he be able to keep his personal and professional lives separate.

He may have been lucky, but he made his own own luck. He approached RD and had the talent to keep the support of Mclaren through his developing years.

I would love to see him win 5 or 6 titles, he has 15 years before he reaches the age Schumi retired at!

On the other hand, like M Bee said, we don't want another Schumacher style era of domination. I think that we are blessed with the best crop of Formula 1 drivers since 88-91 when we had Piquet, Senna, Prost, Mansell and so on.

The future is bright with the likes of Kubica, Vettel, possibly Sutil. Then we can't forget that Hamilton, Alonso and Massa are going to be around for a long time yet.

Mouth watering prospects :)

I think it goes without saying the Hamilton will be a multiple champ. I do there is more compition than there was through the MS years. Between an excellent car, a team mate that was never as quick and general lack of compeition until Alonso came along, 00-05 was there for the taking for Schumacher. Pretty tedious years. I don't deny his talent but it all just seemed to fall into place for him.

It is very rear for me to agree with SIR JYS but lucky bunny yes full marks.
I will not say remove his luck I say give him the same luck and car as the other top 5/6 drivers and you will see his driving skills he will struggle to get over p3 in a race rain or dry, all these accolades and excitement are understandable given the 12 year waiting it was the same with DH and besides there is hardly any thing left to cheer in F1 in the UK JUST 2 CHASSIS IS WHATS LEFT AND A LUCKY BUNNY

He seems to think every single Hamilton win is lucky. I cant be bothered to list them all, but where is the luck in (Chine) his most recent?

Oh, there isnt any luck! He led from pole, won the race and set fastest lap. Pretty lucky!

Sunny.. Lewis is not an average driver. So that eliminates him from having to drive one of the lesser cars. He will always have a ride in one of the best seats available. So get over the fact you want to see him drive a force india car because it is not going to happen. Your so jealous of lewis and his opportunities that it makes me wonder if you work for Ferrari. If you want to see Lewis struggle maybe you should follow him to the bank and watch him try to pick up his saving account.

TIM BURR I did explain why in my post.
It's normal for such people to do so [Ethical]
As much as it's normal for sufferers to console themselves by what such people say
If I was a LH/MCLAREN fan I would have been at odds with them for the torment they gave me last year and this year they have absolutely only luck to boost off
