Seriously, what the hell does Bourdais have to do? He''s a multiple champion accross the pond, had some really good performances towards the end of the season and yet they were trying to get Piquet & fat boy Montoya to replace him. Seriously Mr Red Bull/Mr Burger he has done better than quite a few under achievers (Button, Fisichella, Piquet, Webber to name a few) who have already retained their seats. Stop ******* around and re-sign him.

F1 » STR reveal failed pursuit of Piquet, Montoya

Franz Tost has admitted that Scuderia Toro Rosso looked into the possibility of signing Renault rookie Nelsinho Piquet and former McLaren and Williams star Juan-Pablo Montoya for the 2009 F1 season - only to be rebuffed by both.

Sato-Seb would be pretty good yes. Sato certainly seemed to improve a lot at Aguri, but it was hard to judge how much, because... well, because they sucked. He was usually quicker than Davidson though, and I think Davidson is a pretty decent racer. Senna-Seb would be interesting. Senna and STR could just as well be a perfect match as a complete disaster though.

As for Buemi, he hasn't really shown anything in GP2 yet, I say give him a second chance there first. If he fails to make an impact again then I guess maybe he wasn't all that after all. Piquet was probably in the frame for his testing experience, but I still think it would be a bad idea.

And Montoya? Too fat.

So Desu - Are you JPM's Physician !? .. F1 is essentially European Orginated Sport and F1 media is essentially European, looks with "Pre conceived Notions" at Non European Drivers. And Fans just lap up whatever drivel the Media churns out...

JPM was definitely fittest of the drivers on the grid (rather all F1 drivers have to be Fit to be on that grid).

Same thing about Sato - It was not his problem, that BAR-Honda was design car with under-steer to suit Button and made Sato look bad and clumsy. Sato had better results in sub-formulae than Button anytime. A driver suddenly doesn't go bad

So please don't lap up the **** the European media dishes out , unless you like it that way :)
