Hamilton is a very skilled driver. He's bloody quick ! If there's a debate about him, it won't be on this topic.

Now, everyone is entitled to support him or not or think he's the greatestissimo, or not...

He deserves his title, he hasn't been head and shoulders above the others - which is good to me, I don't want to see the Schumi years come back - and people don't give enough credit to what Mc Laren has achieved this year even if they can also thank the Scuderia for their blunders...

Yes Button, its all the car, your just as good as Hamilton, you''d beat him in an equal car......sure. Point proven.

Button, I used to think you were amazing, until you showed the sour grape attitude. Just be happy GB have another world champion and be proud to be Brittish.

:p

Mac - it was 20% more grip than the other tyre, but it cannot be 20% more grip on damp tarmac then on dry. Honestly, that is nonsense. You referencing michelin vs bridgestone in the wet in F1 is also misguided - yes they were better than the stones, but they weren't faster than in dry conditions!!

ok to be specific the review was in evo magazine and the michellins were on a gt2 but no **** the tyre guy said there was 20% more grip on damp tarmac :p Remember a few years back in F1, michellin v bridgestone in the wet.

Yo Jenson, you've already been placed in a car equal to Lewis and you couldn't beat him. Sure, it was a little pillbox of a car, but the results speak for themselves. What makes you think you'd beat him in an equal F1 car? Hopefully Honda will produce something that will allow Jenson to show off his talents... even if he can't equal what Lewis does... then maybe he could stop eating all those sour grapes! You picked you own destiny Jenson... live with it and stop the snot-faced blubbering!

I guess it's a slow news day, no ex-drivers coming out to "praise" the almighty Hamilton to high heaven, so the Crash guys rolled out James May and the Stig.

Hey - Fluffy -? I guess you really love Hamilton a lot( Love like you want to Marry Him )! I agree with - Max Well - that is totally pathetic.. this is an open forum not a fighting arena.. And about Top Gear, yes its fun, but its no way to measure anyone's talent specialy in that car. And you mention Button, yes Button maybe out of line but he is about 50% right, Hamilton was never in a crappy car, so we will never know.. I guess the only way to know is to be on a same car same team and same amount of support from the team( in regards to Heikki ).. But it seems it will never happen.. Brits for brits.

Al the comment, and program, referred to re the stigs comments and Lewis' lap was nearly a year ago, you'd know that yourself by simply reading the story: "...and he was only 22 then"

And MadT, I thought everyone knew the main stig was Collins too. If not they must have been living in a sealed box since 2003 when Perry finished as the stig.
