I think Alonso attitude at McLaren last year shows Jarno in a better light. Alonso threw the toys out of the pram when he wasn''t the sole focus of the team. & That goes to show that was obviously the kind of treatment he had at Renault when Trulli was his teammate. Sacked after winning Monaco & beating the golden boy.

Highly underrated, or maybe not after placing 8th.

How on earth can Bourdais be 7th and Jarno only 8th!!!
Who is scrapping around to save his F1 career?
In an underperforming car, jarno outqualified the field and also where the car should be - and unfortunately folk who should know better then critiscised him when the car was slow in a race - showing its true form.
Given a chance - and we know he won't be, he could still run very much at the front - you telling me he wouldn't do better than Heikki?
shame - a talent wasted, Jarno is an artist!!

rusty, a late post! if you look at other posts, you will find that bourdais has a vast army of supporters who think that he is the greatest. i think that he has grossly underperformed and had him down as 15 on list. other teams rejected him (after test drives) and str was a last straw.

exactly my point!!
so who on earth voted for him then!

This is just a pol of most popular drivers then - not best of the year - otherwise Kubica would be far higher up than 5th!

shame really but then when you look at itv and their hyping of certain drivers maybe I shouldn't be surprised!

sorry, i didnt make myself clear. the vast army probably all gave bourdais 10 points thus distorting the poll in his favour.
