I hope Takuma Sato makes it back into F1. Remember the great pass on Alonso in Canada: that was great!

F1 » Sato: I don't want to think about a Plan B

Ex-Super Aguri star Takuma Sato is positive after his test for Scuderia Toro Rosso in Barcelona - confident he gave 'more than 100 per cent' as he bids to return to F1 in 2009, and not even wanting to consider the alternatives...

Personality wise, Taku San has been the most down to earth driver on the grid, I have pleasure to meet him since his "Reading" Days, and the bloke has not changed a little. He has beat some of the drivers on the current grid fair and square and never whined in spite of BAR/Honda Mgmt designing car suited to Button's style. The Brit Management ousted him out first through the Honda team and then by blocking Aguri San's backers.
I would really want to have Sato next to Bourdais in the STR car, and of course "Honest" management by Tost/Berger. They were honestly not fair with Speed/Luizzi in 2007 season. They didn't keep their part of deal, but expected drivers to deliver :(

I had the privilege to watch Taku test in Barcelona this week, and he looked as though he had never been away from racing. He was fast, exciting to watch and when he got out of the car was fresh and alert despite doing 200 laps in a day and a half.
