I think that there's some misunderstanding here...
Murray is right... RB is still one heck of a driver and should stay in my opinion at Honda...
It's JB that should go...
He has proved absolutely nothing all these years and this year has been out qualified by RB in most races... I think 14 of them if I:'m not mistaken.

F1 » Honda told: Keep Rubens over Senna

Honda would do well to retain the highly-experienced and still motivated Rubens Barrichello rather than take a risk on GP2 Series graduate Bruno Senna in 2009 - that is the view of veteran commentator Murray Walker.

Well, with all respects for Murray, he''s getting old, and he should know by now how influencial his words could be. I can see clearly Ayrton wasn''t his choice as a number 1 driver. Others disagree. As Bruno has recently said: Ayrton can''t drive for me! Murray: Rubens has wasted lot''s of "everyones" years accepting to be a "second" position driver, never a champion. It was his choice, not yours not mine. He''s been better than Button in Honda? Maybe yes, why Button remains? Don''t blaim Bruno for that!

If I am correct Mr Walker was silent throughtout the season. Now he is telling us and most importantly the teams whom they should choose and who is going to recover and other. Now nobody doubts and I am not going to be one that he knows plenty about F1 and the ins and outs, normally people that dedicate a whole life should do, but please again are we or F1 fundis better placed to decide the interests of a team? I think not.

Well. I like to watch old pilots driving along new ones. And, after all, Rubens deserves a good year in Honda. The ironic part: just after Senna's death, Rubens received a lot of pressure from his country to become a second Ayrton. Obviously, he could not deliver the same performance. So, they rotulated him as a slow driver. Now, almost fifteen yers before, another pilot (Bruno) are about to replace Rubens and suffer the same kind of pressure.

Bruno will get a seat someplace because of two things: Number one his speed. Number two his name is a "goodwill" that will draw sponsors. I like RB but this year maybe a time to move on. I do agree that he can bring a lot of technical expertise to the team unlike JB or Bruno. On the other hand, let's not forget he is 36 and his skills have peaked. That said if Honda were to kept him for another year where does it leave them a year later? They will need young blood with a lot of upside or a proven winner like lulu, Kimi or Ferdi to take them to the next level.

Why are (very experienced I do agree, but whom have had their very own opportunities and plenty of seconds from these extremely expensive F1 broadcasts) Barrichelo, Button, Fisichela, Heidfeld and few others still wasting our time during a race. Can anyone expect any of these 4 to become a champion or near there? Their time's gone. DC thankfully got bored and gone! TG. Bruno certainly got up to here through his Senna "links" + unexpected good performances. From now on is up to "Bruno" to perform, win and convince the audience. GB U mate. Believe me or not, would love to see "winning" people like Schumacher back on track.

Murray is spot on, Barrichello has been faster than Button for most of the year, and now Honda are looking to replace Barrichello whilst they keep Button! Thats really harsh on Rubens I think, he would be much better use to Honda than Senna would be for next year, especially with the new regulations coming in. Rubens has the experience and would be able to give feedback about the car and set up that is crucial for developing their car, something that a rookie like Senna wouldnt be able to do.
