Oh, another junior comes.
Ya, I still remember Prost Senior driving to victory in 1993, he was sensational F1 pilot along side with Senna. Prost Junior Euro3000 series crown is a prove of born talented driver but since he already 27 years old, I''m agree with Prost Senior: it would be so very hard to find a seat in F1 since there are now many young guns there.
Let see, if a miracle still could happen: Prost Junior with F1 Championship Title. Who knows?

i suppose that it is understandable that sons will try to piggyback on their fathers name, but recently it has gone over the top. if these people are as good as they claim, let them prove it and EARN a test.

crasssshhhhh----, i thought that it was senna who made life difficult for prost, and i am not sure what piquet did, can you enlighten?

so people attack Lewis because he began immidietly in a good car (forgetting that he was earning it year after year since he was 8) and because your father was a champion and obviously you have his surname, then it is excused to give them a test.

senna was refused by wlliams and mc laren when he was still younger, but if they knew was he really was i'm sure they would have sign him immidiately. but because mc laren in 2007 did recognize Lewis was the right driver for them so there are who blame him...
i really don't understand the sense of it.

@ king ayrton,
???? senna did tests for both Williams and McLaren before getting into F1 but he opted for Toleman because he felt that was the way in WITHOUT all the pressure that comes from entering F1 with a top team I don't remember him being refused a drive !! correct me please if I'm wrong

Prost jnr - with the greatest of respect - isn't likely to be on the radar of anyone in F1 at present.

Euro3000 is nowhere near the series that GP2 and WSbR are - in fact I wasn't sure it still existed (the last I'd heard of it was when Fabrizio del Monte and Nicky Pastorelli competed for the title in 2005? - and they were never considered for F1 by a long shot although each got a very brief shot in Champ Car's last days).

Prost jnr - if an F1 bid is even a future possibility - has to get himself into WSbR or GP2 and prove himself in a big way there. Although his age will count against him (see Giorgio Pantano, GP2 champion this year at 29 but too old for F1).

@ sennaforever.he was refused to get a seat not a test and in the case of mc laren he told ron dennis that time, that only if he was giving him a competitive car to win the title he would go to mc laren, then like ron did as he didn't knew the talent ayrton had he didn't want him racing for him and said they would never work together. with time ron had to eat all he said. senna had a very difficult life apart from that and f1 altough he had a rich family. and there is no new driver that wouldn't go for a top team if he had the chance, and senna surley didn't feel like you said he was a person that in every sport wanted to win and the second place wasn't happy with it.
