If they have any sense they'll pay him whatever he wants (if Kimi is on $28mill per year, Jense must be worth $50mill) and get him. He'll develop that car into something capable of winning the constructors championship within 7 races. Alonso worth 0.6s, Jense worth 1.6s. He is the reciprocal of Alonso - do the math.
