new power train for 2013?? ELECTRIC. milk floats will be able to compete
ban on tyre warmers?? good
ban on refuelling??good
shorter races?? longer would be better, or maybe two sprint races each GP
wind tunnel restrictions?? good, but as aero add-ons are banned, they will not have the same importance
standardised kers?? so all the teams independently working on systems at great expense, will be wasting money, all for one year. better to ditch it pending a standard unit.

I am kinda conflicted over the ban on refuelling. On the one hand it will promote a more efficient power train however we will loose the situation where you have light and heavy cars out on track.

Also, and I know we haven't seen a proper fuel spill for ages, the idea the the drivers will once again be sitting next to 2 hours of racing fuel seems to fly in the face of safety which likes to be pushed a lot in F1.

Err, for 2010 any independent engine suppliers a team uses will have to have "signed no later than December 20, 2008"?!?!

That's four days away!!! Put it right Crash (assuming it IS a typo)
