F1 » Buemi confident of Toro Rosso chances

Buemi is starting to resemble a laxitive...right now listening to him is irritating the s h i t out of me. Choosing teammates, talking up his chances for the seat, what next?...I can be world champ in 2009.

No doubting his talent but he really is a ***** old so and so. For his sake, I hope he can back this up.

Okay so he's got the test pace, but as far as race pace goes (judging by his performances in GP2 this year) there are better options elsewhere i.e Bruno Senna, Lucas di Grassi and Romain Grosjean, as well as Barrichello, Button, Bourdais, Liuzzi etc who for some unknown reason cannot find an F1 drive for 09! If Buemi wasn't backed by Red Bull he'd struggle to find a seat

i must admit i have yet to see him do anything that made me stand up and listen to him coming up the ranks, there are many, many better drivers out there...

This guy is the real deal. I've not seen a talent like this since Jarno Trulli first came on the scene.
