That's easy Max. Resign. Both you (Max) & Bernie are the most expensive liability to the sport. The sport cannot afford your whipping-sex fun anymore.

What MM wants won't be F1 anymore. Where is the "constructors" element. Putting a car together will be like Lego using standard parts.

F1 is the pinnacle. Therefore it is expensive. Teams know this going in, so where's the big surprise when it turns out that way.

KERS was an effort by MM to make F1 look green. Something that in reality it will never be.

Good point forager1, but then you wouldn't really expect either of them to say that. BE so he can keep filing his pockets and MM to retain the chance of another "gift" from BE.

Budget is a main concern these days to run F1 and encourage new entries, I agree! But I'm feel sceptical that budget capping will make a close competition between teams and drivers in terms of fairness. I don't think there is a high correlation between budget and performance in F1 competition. Honda for example, one of the riches but only 1 fictory. Williams with moderate budget could win several championship. Benneton, now Renault also doing the same. But that is only statistics, there is nothing we could do to know the result of budget capping policy until it is used for several years. Lets wait and see!

There is plenty plenty money in F1, the problem is the bulk of it is in Bernies pockets!

If Max the Perv is serious about cutting costs he should resign as he costs F1 a fortune with every breath he takes!

Capping the total expenditure of each team is going to be impossible to police and will create another superstar position - ACCOUNTANT!! So our beloved sport is going to be run by the accountants of the world. Oh Great. I would think a reasonable management fee in most industries would be up to 10% when handling sums of money this vast, so Bernie should be redistributing 90% not 50% and thats where the focus of change should be. Parasite out, professional managers in.

Max Mosley is either Senile or Nuts! Cut costs. but invent Kers as it applies to F1. Oh. and by the way! lets open up the adjustable Aero! That is absolute Sci-Fi Technology. To change the Physical shape of certain materials!? :) How is Force India. STR supposed to compete with the Big Boys? Geez, I wish He'd get off His Butt & make FOM give more Money to the Tracks. The existing Mentallity of Bernie & Max will see the end of F1 in Europe! Nobody in Their right Minds will continue to spend Millions to Lose Millions! Down with Bernie! Down with Max! :)

This is the man who wants to push through the KERS system, which is costing millons to implement, does F1 need this, Max wont here of it being stopped, why, because it's his idear, several F1 teams have said it not the same as for a road car, so why in this economic climate.

In my opinion the world is always in change. I think we could do a similarity with motor car industry. Many small brands were merged or just disappeared from the industry. (Some small brands could survive in small niches of the market). In world when Peugeot merge with Citroen, Volkswagen with Audi and Skoda, etc. ,Can we maintain the independent teams for so long ?. Where are BRABHAM, LOTUS, MATRA, TYRRELL and others ? F1 must survive or we help this teams ? What''s the path ? A technological Touring car Championship ?
Big minds need great tools too, or are only prehistoric puppets.
