Jay Kay? Who is actually stupid enough to believe that. He struggled to do the fastest lap on the celebrity board after gettin 2 tries at it. I despise Jay Kay and hope they never have him on the show again. Search for the video of him being headbutted if you want a good laugh.

Im pretty positive its Ben Collins too. Makes sense, stock car experience as well as single seaters.

It''s not April 1st yet is it?

I feel a Spartacus moment coming on. "I''m the Stig." "No, I''m the Stig"

I don''t *want* to know who the Stig is. He''s the Stig, thats enough.

I thought it was a fairly open secret that it was Ben Collins, who is/was pretty quick, and would be about that age now. He was on Top Gear when Perry McCarthy was still The Stig as well...

Yes, Richard C, I thought it was Ben Collins as well. He's appeared on the show as himself, has extensive racing experience including F3, GT's, ASCAR, Formula First, Formual Vauxhall Junior, & the Health & Safety Executive report into The Hamsters accident, recorded that Collins had "worked closely with Top Gear as a high performance driver and consultant". He's 34, which seems to tie-in with the newspaper suspicions. The other likely candidate, Darren Turner, also has similar racing experience, up to being a test driver for McLaren.

Who cares about knowing who the Stig is? How about the identity of Stig's American Cousin?! (Big Stig, as I affectionately called him, haha!)

Another two you forgot Emperor Ing and Arunas Brasas are the Stig's Lorry Driving Cousin and Communist Stig :) hahaha
I think the Stig varies each episode. Heikki Kovalainen was the Stig when the Renault F1 Car went round the Top Gear Test Track under a minute.

I dont see what this story has to do with F1, or even motorsport. Crash.net continues to turn more towards tabloid stories than real motorsport journalism

If the guy earns £150k a year then why's he living in a £300k house and driving an old banger?
