Good. Let Ferrari stay in F1 & everybody else start a different series. No doubt Ferrari is a great team but we F1 fans don''t need shortie to pi** the rest of us off.

F1 » Bernie: Only team F1 would miss is Ferrari

F1 ringmaster Bernie Ecclestone has given more ammunition to those who suggest that whilst all teams are equal, Ferrari is rather more equal than the others.

Whilst I think he has a point, losing McLaren or Williams would be equally damaging in my view. It''s not healthy to keep stating this Ferrari view (vergine on bias) when you need many teams commited to spend millions to create an exiting sport/profitable business.

Nobody will watch 20 Ferrari''s running around the track with no other cars.

Ferrari have been in F1 longest. Of course they have and they deserve to be recognised for that. But McLaren have been around since the 60''s and Williams since the 70''s. How long do you have to be commited to F1 before you start getting respect? At this rate, new teams will not be treated well until 2060!

I wouldn't really miss them. We may get cleaner racing and less FIA bias.

What on earth is going on does Bernie not want this sport to survive, the sooner that both Max & Bernie ride off into the sunset the better. I''m slightly bemused by Bernie''s latest comments as Maclrean are the World Champs and have been very succesful over the years does he not think that committed F1 fans would not miss all the teams. Bring in people that are totally committed to making this a Great sport with a great entertainment value and not just a procession and why not try some of the older more interesting circuits also.
