Four Stigs? Do I detect another BBC scandal? Wheres the honestly in programme making they promised us after Phonegate?

The four Stigs are actually part time jobs for the following fictional characters: Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, The Easter Bunny and Jensen Button.

Long may it remain a mystery. That way, the white racing overall and white helmet hanging up in my kids' playroom will continue to amaze their friends and sustain me as coolest dad in school.

Ben Collins is the tutor for the star in a reasonably priced car, but the identity of the stig varies depending on what cars are being raced around the top gear track. For example, when they raced the Renault F1 car around the track, the stig was actually Heikki Kovalainen, who was Renault's test driver at the time. When top gear went to africa, there was the "african stig" who was very tanned. Surprisingly, that was actually ex-F1 driver Pedro Diniz. Theres 3 seperate stigs already, i wouldnt be suprised if there was half a dozen stigs or so considering the amount of cars they have tested.
