F1 » The move that could cost a world title?

Is this the proof that would be enough to see Sebastian Vettel stripped of his third F1 world championship crown?

There seems to be lots of blind people here. You can clearly see a marshall waving a green flag after the flashing yellow light. Vettel makes "the move" after the green flag.

Go to Autosport website if you can't see it yourself. :facepalm

doesn't get any clearer than that. yellows flashing, he passed. funny how this is only now being brought up. why was it not handled during the race? SV might still have taken the title. Or, maybe not. Either way it would have been a far better for the credibility of the sport than this current clusterf@@k.

Vettel CLEARLY activates some of his KERS at a point on the track BEFORE he reached the hut where the Green flag is waving

He was therefore at that part of the track still within the Yellow Flag controlled Zone

The two yellow indicator Lights are ON at either side of the centre LED display on Vettel's dash board , these two lights are electronically linked to the track's warning Flags displays panels (operated by FIA)and which means "DO NOT OVER TAKE" on youtube there are two other instances of Vettel also overtaking Kovahashi and an HRT under an intermittent Yellow Flag, during the same race at interlagos last Sunday

I don't think he'll get penalised for this- no one wants to see a title decided like this.
It would be damaging to F1 to decide the outcome of a title via a video slo mo 4 days after the event.
Anyways, he passed the green flag waving steward before passing so i can't see a case sticking....

I would love to know if Seb used DRS for this pass or not, as his speed over Verne was massive. If he did, last time someone got caught doing this in a yellow zone, they were penalised. its a bad way to end this championship, but I dont see much er evasive action by the drivers where caution should have been paramount...........
