Is this the proof that would be enough to see Sebastian Vettel stripped of his third F1 world championship crown?

All international and probably every other set of local motorsport rules state that you are not allowed to pass under yellow/caution until passing the next green flag location. The yellow flag/caution area extends till the next flag location, the areas extend from point to point so the green flag is only valid after its location.

There is a marshal waving a green flag BEFORE Vettel makes the pass.

This is just one of many 'questionable ' things Vettel got up to during the race
ie -he should have also received a drive thru penalty for hitting Senna the same way that Hulkenberg was given for hitting Hamilton
I dont understand or like how RedBull seem to hold so much sway over F1 that they are able to get away with things all the time in a way that other teams arent
