Former Formula 1 driver Marc Surer has claimed that Lewis Hamilton could quit the sport "at any time". The Swiss 66-year-old said: “sometimes that he’s so distracted by his private life. Hamilton has reportedly ruled out being paired with a teammate similar to Fernando Alonso. When two north poles meet, they repel one another, so you need a south pole.” - Sportsmole

Marcus Ericsson believes that Alfa Romeo can make a “big step” in 2018. The Swedish driver was last week confirmed by Sauber and said: “This winter is going to be very busy, and it will be important to push the development of the car in order to have a good start to the season. I am optimistic, that 2018 can be a big step and a good chance for us to move up in the field." - Planet F1
