Its a bit of a contradiction to say that they are not going to give up yet they stopped developing a while ago.
McLaren who started the season in a similar position but yet are developing right to the end, taking the fact that the rules are stable for next season they should have a good starting point with the 2010 car, whereas Ferrari's challenger will have to be more a leap of faith.
If Raikkonen ends up at McLaren next year he could find himself in a better position than Alonso again!
