If Nelsinho Piquet truly had wanted to come clean with this information, he should have done it immediately following the race, and not a year later. I'm sure that he tried to use this information as a bargaining chip with Briatore and Symonds to keep his drive at Renault, and threatened to blow the whistle on them if he were sacked. Seeing that Briatore is such an arrogant prick, I'm sure he told Piquet to put it where the sun doesn't shine and sacked him anyway. Then "poor, helpless" NelsinHO went crying to the FIA with his sob story hoping against hope that they would force Renault to give him his drive back. It's really all very disgusting.
