Having proven unable to secure a race seat, Nick Heidfeld has agreed terms to complete a Teutonic triumvirate in becoming Mercedes Grand Prix's test and reserve driver in F1 2010.

Last year Rosberg finished in all the races except one. He also scored points in 11 races. So he IS a consistent driver.

..and he managed to achieve all that by having one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand on his hair brush. Amazing. :)
