F1 commercial rights-holder Bernie Ecclestone has revealed that under the Concorde Agreement, teams may miss three races without penalty - what could be a lifeline to Campos and USF1.

So finally, Bernie has lost his mind completely. The alimony payments must have taken their toll on poor Bernie.
