F1 » de la Rosa: Sauber isn't going to 'do a Brawn'

Pedro de la Rosa reveals that he is aiming for consistency and 'solid points' in F1 2010 - and plays down suggestions that Sauber can surprise the big-hitters like Brawn GP did in 2009.

To date Sauber has looked very strong in the training runs, albeit difficult to interprete due to variable fuel loads. That said, they have averaged around #3 spot on fastest lap times and it is true I do not think DeLaRosa has the speed, Kobay does and has consistantly outdistanced him. Sauber will not vie for the top spot but will be closer than some of you think... and you can take that to the bank!
