Ferrari has seemingly escaped further punishment at the hands of the FIA WMSC over the Hockenheim team orders furore - with the blame instead being pinned on the regulations...

There isn't a lot of point in having rules that can't be enforced, or that you're not prepared to enforce. It just brings the system into disrepute.

If we can't enforce the rule, remove it. We'll call it the Ferrari world championships and be done with it.
