Thanks to Jasen for mentioning that there is already a circuit named after Bira! I never knew that and have now enjoyed looking it up on the web. Maybe they could develop it to F1 standards, but, whatever, a GP circuit somewhere in Thailand would be a great idea - and if it has to be a brand new one, then there's no harm in naming that after Prince Bira as well.
