The adjustable rear wing and KERS are really a drivers aid, KERS can be used if it is charged and of course if the car is so equipped, and the driver in front or behind can also use it at the same time, but the rear wing is a totally different matter (1) it can only be used if the driver/car is within one second behind another car (calculated by race control) (2) the driver/car in front cannot use it if not within one second of another car (3) race control will signal a driver (light in car) that he can use it, (4) it will only be used in pre determined places.
Of course I will have to wait and see how all this will work out but I honestly cannot imagine anybody coming up with something more complicated and prone to confusion and maybe abuse/accusations, in my opinion the real driver's abilities are being dawn graded by such push to pass buttons.
