Bernie & FOM think they can make more *money* with street circuits or close to major city circuits bringing tracks to cityfolk. Real fans will travel to see the best atmospheric, remote, hardcore tracks that cater to drivers & bravery. T.V ratings will boom too if cars are rageing on undulated, sketchy, nateral terrain with cars being flung into a forrest.
