Guess I'll answer the question then since Sparky's being a typical Crash poster...

Due to the testing ban introduced to F1 a few years ago the team are only allowed to run in a limited amount of pre-season test sessions, and they are only allowed to run one car - it's actually in the regulations. It's part of the FIA's half-baked attempt at cost cutting since in the old days the biggest teams could run all three cars for as long as they wanted.
