Ron Walker warns that the exorbitant hosting fee charged by Bernie Ecclestone - allied to rival venues' greater ability to pay it - could just 'kill' the Australian Grand Prix.

I wouldn't worry about this making anyone look bad but Ecclestone. He's being looked into now about crooked dealings with the F1 rights. After his friend, Mosley's escapades and the Ferrari payola he's in no position to make anyone look bad.
