Peawee: "Is this just me or were the mclarens constantly using the rear wing this morning?"

They all were. During practice and qualifying they can use the rear wing as much as they like. Its only in the race that the rear wing rules come into play. I'm not sure about KERS. Last time we had it I think the seven second restriction applied during the qualifying session same as the race.
