Been ill, only just picked this thread up...
Actually I agree with 2pac.

The questions are:
1) Did the wing operate outside of the zone? (Why it operated is immaterial - IF an advantage was gained is also immaterial)
2) If it did was any rule broken?
3) If a rule was broken why was there no penalty...

We know it operated... so was a rule broken? As there appears to be no specific regulation covering the use of the DRS then probably not. BUT the FIA stating that it can only be used in a designated area would imply that operation outside of the 'designated' area would be deemed illegal. Why no penalty? again this is immaterial and providing it holds for ALL teams is not a problem.
