Obviously an athlete needs the best possible training and resting schedule. Just because idiots like us think these guys are overpaid celebs doesn't make it true. Are we egotistical couch potatoes seriously going to claim that a great driver like Lewis Hamilton doesn't know how to work his own body? That he really has an ounce of laziness after all he's achieved?
