It will have to be cleared by the FIA pre season when the final designs are presented for scrutineering. Ross may already have got an indication from Charlie wether it complies but if it turns out to have a definite performance advantage, and the other teams have not developed their own system by that time, you can bet there will be objections. Ross will not get away with a DD type advantage again, and lets face it there was a bit of leeway given to Brawn G.P at the time as it was coming out of the post Honda era and trying to survive. Ross is a canny ****** but the teams will now be watching like hawks.
