Williams might be best served by keeping Rubens for one more year to give solid stability when the new engine is fitted. It will be easier to judge progress - or regress - with Rubens than with Pastor who is still not consistent yet.
Maybe drop Pastor to third driver and put Bruno alongside Rubens, might just work, Pastor can be parachuted in if either of the others fail. I have a feeling that if they start the season with Rubens he will retire about mid season.

It will be nice when Williams have made their definite selection.
